Amy Freeze & John Hall Motivation Seminar

Amy Freeze and John Hall stopped by to touch on their training journeys. John Hall demonstrated his dynamic stretching routine, which is a series of movements that warm up and stretch the muscle without damage. John also spoke about his fitness journey and how he developed his personal training center in Chicago, John Hall Studios. Amy is a local meteorologist who has tried many different forms of training but always loved running, its also how she met her husband. Amy's best piece of advice from this seminar was to set goals for 3 months and you'll be surprised how quickly they become routine.
