Why Train With A Heart Rate Monitor?

The short answer is this:

Paying attention to your heart allows you to train at the right intensity for every individual workout helping you achieve your overall goals by protecting you from sickness, injury, and stagnation.

A heart rate monitor is one of the easiest ways of keeping track of your heart. Many models will also interpret the data they collect to help you make sound training decisions.

Since this is kind of a technical topic, I’ve selected the best video introduction to heart rate training I’ve seen posted by the experts at POLAR. Leave a comment below if you’d like to see something covered more in depth and we can make that happen!

Again, comment below if you’d like to see more in depth content on heart rate training!
