In support of our 'What's In Your Running Tool Kit' in-store campaign, we are excited to offer, in partnership with TriggerPoint, the Foam Rolling 101 instructive seminar at our South Loop location on February 25th at 4 p.m. and our Deerfield location at 11 a.m.
Foam rolling is a self–myofascial release technique used by athletes and physical therapists to aid in recovery of muscles. This relatively inexpensive piece of equipment is an incredibly valuable tool.
During the seminar, a TriggerPoint representative will cover some muscle and fascia basics, and then go through proper use and exercises for major muscle groups. Please dress in comfortable clothing that will allow you to be on the floor performing the guided exercises on a foam roller.
