Join Fleet Feet Sports Old Town and CorePower Yoga on the first Sunday of every month at 9:30am for a yoga class tailored specifically for runners in mind.
The first class will take place on Sunday, May 7th at Fleet Feet Sports Old Town (1620 N. Wells St.)
The class is a hour-long vinaysa power flow geared towards runners. Intentions are always set to give students focus for their practice. Class will incorporate stretches for hamstrings and glutes as well as a power flow with breath to movement.
Energy bars will be provided after the class.
