Improve your core strength, flexibility and balance through this 75-minute class featuring a unique and effective combination of movements from Yoga & Pilates—developed specifically for runners. This class meets every Monday night from 6:30–7:45pm at the Vitamin Shoppe on Clark and Diversey.
