While you focus on reaching your destination, our Coaches focus on making sure you get there...without injury, and with a smile on your face. The Coaches make sure you're training at a level that is most appropriate for you, as an individual; and make suggestions that will improve your form, efficiency and endurance. They know about body and muscle physiology, and about mental toughness; and they'll encourage and challenge you to step, cycle, swim, or stretch outside of your 'comfort zone.'
As part of your training experience,you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of seminars and clinics which will add to your overall level of fitness, and help build your wellness education.
CES participants come in all degrees of fitness; and with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. But one thing they all have in common is their desire and ambition to make themselves healthier and happier people!
There will be 'a moment' in your journey with us, when your head, your heart and your body will all believe that you will reach your goal. Sometime during your training, you will become aware that you will finish your first-ever 5K. That you can complete the marathon.
