Class UPDATE:
Starting April 18th & 20th, we will no longer be hosting weekly Community Yoga. It has been a great 3 years and we are very appreciative to all of our participants and partner Yoga Studios. Our last classes will be held on March 11th at Lincoln Square, and March 13th at Old Town.
Yoga for Runners:

Rachel completed her teacher training through Moksha Yoga Center. She teaches a blend of both vigorous and more restorative elements in order to meet the needs of all levels of students. She instructs at Balanced Body Wellness Center, Women's Workout World, and also teaches private and semi-private lessons.
Liz completed her training at Corepower Yoga and is focused on Yoga Sculpt. Get ready for an energetic introduction to your morning with Liz's yoga class that is a vinyasa flow mixed with strength training. Includes core work, plyos, and elements of vinyasa flow.
