Dr. Jeffrey Baker has been on staff at the Weil Foot-Ankle & Orthopedic Institute in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood since 2003.  Dr. Baker specializes in foot and ankle trauma and podiatric sports medicine, with an emphasis on running-related foot and ankle injuries.  As a medical staff podiatrist for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, he has a thorough understanding of the bio-mechanics and unique needs of endurance runners.  Through traditional non-invasive treatment plans such as custom orthotics and manipulation, to state-of-the-art surgical procedures, Dr. Baker works to ensure the success of athletes of all levels.

• Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine
• Three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgery residency at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey
• One-year fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute

• Board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rear-foot/ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
