If you have not been to a class before, or would like a refresher please RSVP on our Event Calendar today. Classes are every Tuesday, 6:30pm at Lincoln Square, and every Thursday, 6:30 at Old Town!
Are you ready to "practice" running? Learn how to run more efficiently, faster, and possibly barefoot at our Good Form Running clinics. You will perform four drills that are key to running with Good Form, and receive video analysis of your form and how you can improve.
Overstriding, heel striking, and bad posture are all things that cause a runner to exert more effort, and possibly cause injury. Good Form Running is a set of four simple points developed by Curt Munson and John Benedict of Playmakers. An avid runner, Munson constantly dealt with injury until he realized no one practices running. The resulting four points of Good Form Running provide a framework for practicing better form.
