C'mon everybody, let's rock!
The 12th Annual Elvis Is Alive 5K is a non-competitive event and promises to be more fun than a honeymoon in Vegas. This Thursday evening race takes place on Chicago's lakefront and features an "all-Elvis" start corral and show after the run.

T-Shirt and Goody Bag
All registered participants will receive an official race t-shirt and goody bag filled with great items from our sponsors.
Party in the Park with Elvis
An all-star, all-Elvis line-up will provide participants and
friends and family with an evening of entertainment of which the
King would be proud.
Course
The 5K is a non-competitive run (self-timed event). Clocks
at each mile mark will be available to keep track of your time. Dress
as Elvis and lead the run! All runners dressed head-to-toe in Elvis
attire are invited to start from the "all-Elvis corral" at
the front of the start line.
Gatorade Endurance Formula and water will be available on course at the hydration station.

Transportation and Parking
Help us reduce our carbon footprint! Fleet Feet Sports highly recommends carpooling, using public transportation, or riding your bicycle to the event.

Bicycle parking will be available at the race site.
There is no street parking in the immediate vicinity of the race. Parking garages are available in various locations throughout the park. To determine their location and rates, please visit http://chicagoparkingmap.com/.

Awards
Awards will be given out to the Top Three Overall Male and Female Finishers
and Fastest Elvis (must run and complete the race fully dressed as
Elvis to win this award). |

Results
The 5K is a non-competitive run (self-timed event). Clocks at each

Weather Policy
The Elvis Is Alive 5K will take place rain or shine. If cancellation of the event is warranted due to dangerous weather conditions, announcements will be made race day at the race site. The event will not be canceled in advance. All decisions regarding cancellation will be made on site, race day.
