Designed with the help of Olympian Meb Keflezighi, the Skechers GoMeb Speed 3 & GoMeb Strada 2 are built to withstand the demands of any runner from the beginner 5k runner to one of the world’s best marathoners.

Since signing 2 of America’s greatest marathoners, Meb & Kara Goucher, Skechers has been making some huge upgrades to their line-up of running shoes and we’re ready to bring these in store so you can get a taste of what elite runners want in their shoes. 

The GoMeb Speed 3 is the race day shoe designed to help you go fast without any excess weight to slow you down. The virtually seamless GO KNIT upper contributes to the sleek design that delivers a snug, fast fit. The Resalyte Foam midsole makes this shoe soft enough for a marathon, with just the right amount of springy responsiveness to make it a super fast ride.  

Skechers added a Derlin midfoot stability plate in the GoMeb Speed 3 for less lateral flexibility so you get the most efficient ride. Pair that with a 4mm drop for a more natural ride and the weightless feel (6.8oz for Men’s 9, 5.1oz for Women’s 7) and you might just forget you’re wearing a pair of shoes!

Not only does Skechers have one of the best racing flats, they also have the training shoes you need to get you to your goal. The GoMeb Strada 2 is Meb’s official training shoe when he’s logging those all those miles in preparation for the marathon. 

The Tri-ply mesh system upper paired with a molded heel counter deliver a secure fit with breathability where you need it most. The M-Strike Technology promotes a mid-foot strike and guides the foot through the most efficient gait cycle. Pair that with an 8mm drop and you’ll feel effortless on every run. The GoMeb Strada 2 weighs in at just 9.6oz for Men (size 9) & 7.6oz for Women (size 7). 

Now, the most exciting shoe to hit our shelves in some time: the GoMeb Speed Elite! The same shoe that Meb wore in the 2016 Olympic Marathon in Rio is available for you to purchase. The super-limited production means this is a collector’s item unlike any other. Only 248 pairs were made, and each box is labeled with exactly which pair you have.  These are available in whole sizes only and will be gone before you know it so hurry in while you can!
